Judge Says Civil Lawsuit Against Lindsay Lohan Is "Weak"

The legal woes just won't end for Lindsay Lohan.
Luckily for her though, a judge in her civil case connected to her 2007 DUI arrest has said that the allegations made against her are "weak."
